More Details: The Coverliter, as its name implies, is a unique fixture with a removable outer layer cover that acts as an variable eyebrow for glare control. The cover also serves as a heat dissipater to protect people and sensitive plant materials from possibly uncomfortable levels of heat. Uplighting on tall trees, structures, architecture, and public spaces is all 'controlled' uplight with the powerful halogen MR-16 lamp. Don't think twice about using this copper fixture around the seashore! As the solid copper begins to age and turn verde in color, it only gets prettier year after year It comes standard without the cover. Mountings and covers are available, please see options below. Add a louver, light shield, or colored lens to personalize your Coverliter. Please see accessories below. It comes with a ten year exclusive warranty. Lamp Type: MR-16 Quartz-Halogen. A transformer is necessary to reduce regular 120-volt household electricity to the 12-volt Alternating Current required for all Nightscaping light fixtures.
